Heart rate The heart’s meter is controlled by a natural trendsetter( the sinus knot) in the right upper chamber( patio). The sinus knot sends electrical signals that typically start each twinkle. These electrical signals move across the galleries, causing the heart muscles to squeeze( contract) and pump blood into the ventricles.
